Usage ND-063:
In order to show you our sharpener’s apparent effect intuitively, now we make a comparison test.
First, we make the knife dull, you can see, it can not cut the sponge
Second, we use our sharpener, sharpen the dull knife,
1. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife
2. Put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for coarse sharpening,
3. Put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several times for fine sharpening.
4. Put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
5. We use the same knife to cut the sponge again
You can see now the knife can cut the sponge easily
Caution:
1. For the record,all the sharpeners can not suit for serrated knife and scissors.
2. Do not overpower and back and forth when grinding
3. Do not put the sharpener into the dishwasher or water,please keep it dry and clean
